We want you to love your Kirstin Ash jewelry, which is why we offer a 30-day return policy for all unworn items in their original packaging. Please note that for hygiene reasons, earrings cannot be returned unless faulty.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Pack Your Items

  Carefully place your jewelry in its original Kirstin Ash pouch and box to ensure it is protected during transit.

• 3.
  Affix Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via the portal and securely attach it to the outside of your return parcel.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Drop your package at any authorized postal location and keep your tracking receipt; your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days of arrival.
